Home Renovation Plan

This is a Microsoft Project construction plan I built and used that maps out every task and phase of the renovation project. It let's you track milestones, tasks, budget and cost for your home remodel or renovation. This was an indispensable part of our own home renovation.

A key feature of my plan is that it separates out contractor and subcontractor items from owner provided items so that you can track costs and variances separately.

It also provides phases and milestones for the complete construction process from start to finish.

Use this to...

1. generate task lists week by week, day by day
2. keep track of actual costs versus budgeted costs
3. visualize dependencies of tasks
4. separate our owner responsibilities versus contractor or subcontractor responsibilities
